Preparing for the MOT – checklist.

Since we already mentioned what the most common reasons why people fail at their car’s MOT test are, here’s a quick checklist for everyone to avoid the most common problems during the test:
– Lights – Check if all your bulbs are correctly positioned and secure, are not obscured or damaged and have the correct colour
– Tyres – check if the tread is deeper than the minimum 1.6 mm
– Brakes – check if they work properly every day when you are driving
– Driver’s view of the road – check if the windscreen wipers and washers work and your view of the road is clear of any stickers, toys or air fresheners
