Better Forget about the Horn

It’s not good manners to use a horn. Sometimes, it can be used in situations when other drivers’ behaviour is dangerous to other road users but still only with a small amount of usage. However, it’s not allowed to use a horn in built-up areas between 11:30 pm and 7:00 am.
