All-season tyres offer more traction on wet roads

Some people think, that if they substitute their summer tyres with the all-season ones, they will gain on traction on wet roads. However, in reality all-season tyres perform better than normal tyres only on snow and in temperatures below 0 Celsius degrees. In warmer temperatures, they actually give worse traction that the summer models.
