Booked in with us already? Use this to tell us when your car will arrive on site, whether you're dropping it off yourself or sending it by recovery.
Telling us your car is on its way
This is how we know to expect your car, so the right bay and paperwork are ready and your car isn’t sitting in the yard unaccounted for. Use it if you’re dropping off for booked work, dropping the car earlier than your slot, or having it delivered by recovery.
Drop-off times
Cars can be dropped off between 7:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday.

*The key and locking wheel nut key must come with the car, we can’t start work without them
Please note:
To ensure your vehicle is safely received into our care, it must be handed over to a member of the MILTA team during our opening hours, 7:00am–15:00pm, and the official handover must be completed.
If a vehicle is left outside these hours, or without completing the handover with a member of our team, we’re unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for the vehicle or for any charges that may arise during this time.
If your vehicle is being delivered by a recovery service, we kindly recommend allowing some extra time when booking your slot, as recovery drivers can occasionally experience traffic or other delays.
